Ask The Agent may provide eligible users with at least 60 minutes of free usage so they can experience the platform and understand how Ask The Agent works before choosing a paid plan.

The free experience may include access to selected features, agents, conversations and product functionality.

The exact features and eligibility requirements may vary depending on the offer available at the time.

Free usage is intended for genuine product evaluation.

We may restrict free usage where we identify abuse, fraud, automated exploitation or other prohibited activity.

Acceptable Use

You may use Ask The Agent for legitimate personal, professional and business purposes, including:

• Building and extending your digital presence

• Engaging customers, prospects and audiences

• Answering questions

• Generating and capturing leads

• Supporting sales and business development

• Providing customer support

• Sharing knowledge and information

• Automating appropriate business workflows

• Understanding audience engagement

• Generating business intelligence and insights

• Supporting marketing and communication activities

• Exploring and testing Ask The Agent

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Ask The Agent to:

Illegal or Harmful Activities

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Facilitate fraud, scams or deceptive activity

• Facilitate criminal activity

• Threaten, harass or abuse others

• Promote or facilitate serious harm

Deception & Impersonation

• Impersonate another person or organization in a misleading manner

• Intentionally deceive users about the identity or purpose of an Agent

• Misrepresent information for fraudulent or harmful purposes

Spam & Abuse

• Send unsolicited bulk communications

• Conduct spam campaigns

• Generate or distribute phishing messages

• Abuse messaging, email or communication systems

• Circumvent reasonable communication limits

Security & Technical Abuse

• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or another user’s account

• Circumvent security controls

• Introduce malware or malicious code

• Attack or interfere with our infrastructure

• Attempt to extract protected technology except where permitted by law

Data & Privacy Abuse

• Collect or process personal information without appropriate authorization

• Use Ask The Agent for unlawful surveillance

• Upload information you do not have the right to provide or process

Intellectual Property

You may not knowingly use Ask The Agent to infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the information, content, instructions, knowledge, documents and other materials they provide to Ask The Agent.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the necessary rights to use information you provide

• Your Agent’s instructions are lawful and appropriate

• Your use complies with applicable laws

• Your communications comply with applicable requirements

• Important AI-generated outputs are appropriately reviewed

AI-Generated Content

Ask The Agent may generate responses, recommendations, summaries, insights and other outputs using AI.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for important decisions or communications.

Ask The Agent should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Free Usage Abuse

Users may not:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

• Automate free usage in a way that creates unreasonable platform load

• Resell or commercially exploit free access

• Circumvent technical usage controls

• Use free access for spam, scraping or abusive activity

We may restrict or terminate free access where we reasonably believe it is being abused.

Enforcement

If we believe that a user or customer has violated this Policy, we may take appropriate action, including:

• Providing a warning

• Requesting additional information

• Restricting functionality

• Temporarily suspending access

• Removing prohibited content

• Suspending free usage

• Suspending an account

• Terminating an account or subscription

We may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, our systems or others.
